Monday, July 1, 2024 is a day to connect with your wisdom and spirituality. You may be aware of deep emotions and be feeling especially sensitive. The desire for comfort and peace may have you feeling a bit stubborn and resistant to change. Allow yourself to surrender to what is and know that the emptiness you may be feeling won’t last forever.
Exercise: Rather than trying to fill any emptiness within by over-eating, over-drinking, or buying things you don’t actually need, use the time to stop and smell the roses. Rest if you need to and/or let the magnificence of your senses fill you up. You may choose to literally smell the roses or you may want to eat food that is particularly nourishing, make yourself feel beautiful (with products/clothing you already have), spend some time in nature listening to the birds and watching the sun dance off the leaves of the trees, or put some healing essential oils in that diffuser you forgot you had. Do something for yourself that brings comfort and joy.

Tuesday, July 2, 2024 is a day to recognize your accomplishments. Surrender to what has been set in motion. You may be feeling a bit slow in the morning. Give yourself a Mandatory Rest Time for just a few minutes - from 8:43 - 8:50 PST. During that time, it might be nice to hide out, set a timer, and focus on your breath for a bit, allowing your energy to be consolidated within you rather than being scattered. Your energy might be going outward through communications or looking outside yourself to learn something during the rest of the day. The energy could feel a bit harsh or forceful. Focus on your strength and courage.
Exercise: Do a meditation to consolidate your energy. First, focus on your breath going in and out. As your breath comes in, see it gathering in your lungs. As your breath goes out, see your energy being stored in your lower belly. Continue to do this as you imagine the state of your energy around you. It should shine like a healthy light all around you. If you “see” it as scattered or broken, breath in and draw your energy to you. Breath out and watch as your energy fills in any gaps or tears in your energy field. When you feel that your energy is consolidated and strong, give thanks and end your meditation.

Wednesday, July 3, 2024 is a day for fulfillment. You may be feeling a bit empty. You may have a need for knowledge, understanding, or communication. You could also be feeling a little restless and fickle. Be guided by your curiosity and allow yourself to surrender.
Exercise: If the idea of surrender makes you feel weak, read the answer to the question “How do I surrender?”. You may also want to meditate on curiosity and restlessness. Your curiosity can show you what brings you joy. Move toward that. Your restlessness can show you where something needs to change. Pay attention to that as well. If you don’t readily know what makes you curious or restless, here’s how to find out:
Take a deep breath, close your eyes, and sink deeply into your chair.
Smile and think about curiosity until you truly embody it.
Ask yourself where your curiosity wants to lead you.
Write down your answer and then reset.
Smile and think about restlessness until you actually feel restless.
What does the restlessness want you to learn?
Write down the answer.
Get up and shake it out (like a dog shaking off water).
Make the decision to move toward curiosity and learn from restlessness.

Thursday, July 4, 2024 is the end of a cycle. The United States of America has just completed another year. You may be feeling a bit empty and you may need to recognize what is out of your control and where you have power. You may be feeling lighthearted or restless in the earlier part of the day. Give yourself a Mandatory Rest Time 11:44 to 13:51 PST. Afterward you may be feeling more like enjoying life and getting together with loved ones. Experience the joy, abundance and success that you currently have in your life. (If you’re feeling the need to be in a space of quiet, peace, and belonging - you might want to skip the fireworks and honor that need.)
Exercise: Send healing energy to the Revolutionary War.
Close your eyes. Feel your body get very heavy as you connect with the ground or your chair. Hold the country and the people of the Revolutionary War in your mind. Then send compassion and love to all involved (including the other side). See the compassion and love coming as light from Heaven, going through your heart, and illuminating that time and place. Do this until you feel peace in your heart. This can be very healing for you, your family line (in both directions), and those who were affected. You may want to light a candle, say a prayer, or add some ceremony.

Friday, July 5, 2024 is a day for listening to your inner voice. You may be feeling more introverted and feel a need for safety and belonging. You may also be more focused on ease and pleasure than on self-discipline. All of this may bring to light some personal needs that require you to make some changes.
Exercise: Take some time alone and shut out as much stimulation as you can today. Turn off the lights and the electronics, and separate yourself from everyone else. If you could sit alone under the dark night sky, that would be even better. Then focus on your breath. Breathe in fresh, cleansing, energizing air. Breathe out those worries and fears that steal your energy. (You don’t need to name your worries or fears, just think of the words “worry” or “fear” or whatever it is you’d like to release, as you breathe out.) Do this until you feel calm.

Saturday, July 6, 2024 is a day for growth. Challenge builds character. You may be feeling particularly diligent today. You may also be self-controlled to the point of limitation. Remember that your body is a divine gift and it is your responsibility to address the physical and emotional healing you require.
Exercise: Give yourself some quiet time to get in touch with what motivates you and reconnect with your dreams so you can establish some new goals for the coming weeks.

Sunday, July 7, 2024 is a day for creating structure around what you want to manifest. It’s a day to connect with your inner joy and your child-like passions, to be warm with others, and to create a sense of well-being and fun.
Exercise: Enjoy your childish creativity! Most of us loved to do a particular creative activity when we were little - drawing with crayons, making things with Play-Doh, baking cookies, or building with Legos. Give yourself the opportunity to experience that child-like joy by doing what you loved as a little kid. If you can share that experience with a child you love - even better!
