Monday, July 8, 2024 could involve conflict. There may be conflict between the path you’re on and the path you desire. A little drama could arise especially if one party is feeling connected and warm and the other is disengaged, cold, or distracted. Try to acknowledge others for who they are and connect with your own intuition.
Exercise: If your emotions are feeling out of your control, or you’re feeling especially reactive, engage in the type of creative expression that allows you to feel like your best self.

Exercise: Connect with your hopes and dreams. Set some intentions and mentally lay out the actions that you’ll need to take over the course of the next few weeks to achieve your goals for the next month.

Problem-solving and making sense of confusion are easier today.
Exercise: Are you experiencing any confusion? Sit with it a little bit. Rather than getting stressed out, listen to it as if it were a baby trying to communicate with you. The confusion can’t use words so you need to listen with your heart.

Thursday, July 11, 2024 is about accomplishment. Celebrate your successes and blessings. Let your accomplishments bring you joy. Exercise: Do everything with joy today. If you have to, fake a smile. Do it for yourself! Look in the mirror and smile as if you’re the most joyful person in the world and then take that smile out into the world. Let me know if it doesn’t inspire a joyful mood!

Sunday, July 14, 2024 is a day for illumination. You might be more able to read between the lines. Allow your spirituality to fill you with light as well. Emotions are intense and you could fall into brooding. Instead, focus on letting go of old fears and the resistances that are creating obstacles in your life.
Exercise: Meditating on the beauty of life, death, and transformation could be illuminating today. You may even want to have a conversation with a loved one who has passed on.
