Monday, June 24, 2024 is a day for listening to your inner voice. Your instincts - the way you act without thinking - may be more apparent today. You get to decide if your instincts are still serving you or if they’re no longer effective as your life changes. You may feel especially enthusiastic about brainstorming within groups and joining social gatherings. Be sure that any changes you are working toward are in alignment with your principles.
Exercise: Your instinctive reactions could have been programmed in childhood and may not actually be yours. If you have a typical response to a certain situation, and that response isn’t working for you, do your best to stop yourself before it happens. Take some breaths. Walk away if you can. Interrupt the reaction and then decide how your highest self would react. Visualize it before you go back in to handle whatever it is you were about to react to. (If there is something you know you react to daily, try visualizing a different response prior to getting out of bed in the morning so you’re ready to try something new when the situation arises.) Also, when stressed, it’s easy to start breathing from the top of the lungs. This makes the body feel even more stressed. Try one of the Mastering Your Breathing exercises in stressful moments.

Tuesday, June 25, 2024 is a good day to work in groups - at least for the first part of the day. You may be feeling enthusiastic and ready to make your plans a reality. There is some aggressiveness and tension in the energy as well. You may want to address negative energy that comes at you by allowing it to inspire change and to address any negative energy within you by focusing on gratitude. Give yourself a Mandatory Rest Time from 15:30 - 23:07 PST to focus on inner growth and creativity or to rest and reset.
Exercise: If you are having a lot of trouble with difficult people today, try reviewing the question: Should I end relationships with difficult people?

Wednesday, June 26, 2024 is a day for manifestation. You may be feeling imaginative but also connected to your rational mind. This could help you make more sense of how to make your dreams a reality. You may want to retreat for a bit and connect with your spirituality or spend some time with another person that raises your energy (while giving people that drain your energy a bit of space). Boundaries may not be easy to maintain today.
Exercise: Spend some time in gratitude for what you have. Then sit down and feel the emotions of having what you dream of. Spend some time feeling the joy of having what you want as you imagine it. When you come out of your imagination and begin connecting with the present, continue feeling gratitude for what is already in your life.

Thursday, June 27, 2024 could involve some instability. You may be stuck in a bit of a dream-world or you may be feeling blindly optimistic. Change could result from the altering of a mindset - allowing you to feel your gratitude and see your success. Or you might just be ready to fully live life and have a new experience.
Exercise: Be sure to take time out. If you’re feeling ungrounded, find a place that you can put your feet on the earth and be with water. (This can be a meditation in which you use your imagination.) Watch how the water flows, listen to how the water sounds, feel how the water moves across your feet. Engage as many senses as possible as you are present with the water. Focus on your breath going in and out like the waves on a beach. Notice how Earth holds you up and supports your body. Water flows through its path. If there is no path, it breaks through. Usually though, it flows with ease around obstacles and on the path it sets for itself. Let this meditation remind you to be like water, even in times of change, while remembering that Earth supports you.

Friday, June 28, 2024 is a day for communication. Express affection but give grace for tactlessness. Express pleasure but give extra space to the person whose words don’t build you up. Let go of anger, stuff, and hurt. Be open to forgiveness and starting fresh.
Exercise: Hold Out Your Hands
Hold out your hands.
Imagine placing into them any darkness that is within you - any hurts, frustrations, and worries.
Thank the darkness for the lessons it taught you.
Then let it go.
Shake your hands off.
Then hold your hands out and express gratitude for the blessings that are yours.
Hold them to your heart.

Saturday, June 29, 2024 is a good day for reflection. You may be feeling like starting something new. You may also be feeling the need to surrender to what is out of your control. You may be feeling really motivated to address your responsibilities. You may just feel like resting. Reflect upon what you’ve been through in the last week or last few weeks and decide what would most build you up before jumping to action. Address any important communications before 21:56 or save them for tomorrow after 5:00 PST tomorrow.
Exercise: Practice surrender. To surrender sometimes feels like giving up. But, it’s actually the opposite. Forcing the wrong things is sometimes like hitting your head against a wall. It feels like you’re getting something done, but really you’re just giving yourself a headache. Surrender, on the other hand, is accepting where things are and deciding to move forward in a positive way. If you come up against anything that upsets you, surrender. Stop, take a deep breath, and say: “OK, this is how it is. Now, how do I want to be?” Just asking the question will stop the stress cycle and allow your internal guidance to kick in.

Sunday, June 30, 2024 is a day for mastery. Sometimes mastery isn’t about striving for perfection. Sometimes it means gaining mastery over the self and resisting the promptings of society. You may be craving rest, social comfort, and serenity. You may be feeling a little empty - which is really just an invitation to rest and recuperate. Mastery means listening to what you need and knowing how to address it.
Exercise: Do what feels most restful to you. Does prepping meals for the week take a load of stress off? Do you need a nap? Do you crave some time in your garden? Will spending some time with your loved ones fill you up? Do the thing that your system is asking for.
