Monday, June 3, 2024 is a day for action. You may feel good about taking solid actions that create firm results - especially those that involve your finances, your long-term relationships, or even your home decor. Address the things that surround you and affect your comfort levels. You may also be feeling your emotions more clearly. Connect with those things that bring you peace and gratitude.
Exercise: If you are feeling extra stubborn today - and you’d rather not be - stand on the ground with your bare feet. Breathe in calm, peaceful, clearing breaths. As you breathe out, imagine the rigidity flowing down through your feet and into Earth to be transmuted into beauty and life.

Tuesday, June 4, 2024 is a day for things to come to fruition. Surrender to those things that have already been set in motion. You may be feeling slightly resistant to change and more stubborn than normal - even to the point of conflict. Turn that tension into physical activity. Allow yourself to use your strength in a positive way.
Exercise: Be aware of your desires. You may have the urge to be forceful about them. Stop yourself and instead be very conscious about fulfilling those desires in a beautiful way.

Wednesday, June 5, 2024 brings renewal. Give yourself the opportunity to relax. Surrender to those things you can’t control. (See: How do I surrender?) Learn, teach, communicate. Today is a great day for thinking, using your voice, and using your hands. Be careful of sarcasm and criticism - they’re fun, but they’re not a productive or sincere way to communicate. You may also be feeling fickle or empty. Be rational about emotions, do your best to understand that these feelings are just feelings and will pass.
Exercise: If fickleness, restlessness, or emptiness are getting the better of you and you’re looking to the past to find something you think you’re missing - write it down. You may not be looking for that thing that is gone. You might actually be looking for the feeling that the person/time/place made you feel. Write out things that are in your life now that make you feel that desired feeling. You already have all that you need within you. But if you’re having a hard time connecting with it, connect with one of the things on your list to help you get there.

Thursday, June 6, 2024 is a day for listening to your inner voice. If you feel more introverted than normal, cancel your plans or work from home. Take time away from screens and people to reboot your system. Be led by your innate curiosity and seek out the knowledge you crave today.
Exercise: Draw a picture of a cute little animal. Next to that animal, write down all the mean things you say to yourself. Would you say those things to that sweet little stick figure (or masterpiece) you drew? NO? Then make a commitment to yourself that you’ll stop saying them to yourself and throw that nonsense in the trash (but rip off and keep your little animal as a reminder). From now on, every time you say something mean to/about yourself, picture your little animal sitting in the center of your heart, say sorry to yourself, and say something nice.

Friday, June 7, 2024 is a day for groups - but only if those groups include your closest family and friends. You might be feeling more sensitive today. Peace and quiet might be your goal. Connect with your hopes and dreams and imagine the beauty you want to see in the world.
Exercise: Make a goal of contribute beauty to the world this month. Grab your journal and write down how you’d like to accomplish that.

Saturday, June 8, 2024 is a nice day for structure and stability. You may be feeling like you want to stay home, take care of the house and family, and address your responsibility to your body. You might be feeling deep emotions but you may also recognize that character is built through difficulty so you may not be willing to speak about them. Focus on your goals for the coming weeks. What do you want to build?
Exercise: In your journal, use what you wrote about the beauty you want to create this month to inspire what you want to build this month. Make a goal for yourself.

Sunday, June 9, 2024 is a day of instability. The morning may have you craving belonging and safety. Give yourself a Mandatory Rest Time from 12:05 - 12:20 PST. The afternoon may have you feeling like taking risks and seeking attention. Spend the day with people that give you a warm feeling. Keep on refining those goals based on your dreams, hopes, and the magic you want to create!
Exercise: Pay attention to how you feel with each person you’re around and take mental notes. Do you feel energized while you are with them or do you feel completely drained after spending time with them? Today is a good day to do this because you might be feeling more sensitive to outside energy. Check out this question: Why do I feel drained around certain people?
