Monday, March 13, 2023 is a day of instability. Show gratitude and love to the people who care about you. Emotions are strong, you may be more connected to your intuition, and you may find yourself “winging it” today. Embrace spontaneity and look for the truth that comes from sensitivity.
Exercise: Take a few minutes to do something creative that makes you feel like yourself. Doodle, journal, or move your body. Be open to hearing what your body, mind, and spirit have to tell you as a result of your creative endeavors.

Tuesday, March 14, 2023 is a day to be particularly aware of creating harmony and cooperation through excellent communication. The energy is forceful, bold, and spontaneous which could lead to some tension, anger, or aggression. Connect with the upbeat, optimistic energy to help you go with the flow in a positive way (or to powerfully take that step you’ve been hesitating to take). If something is making you feel tense, but you know that communication will only bring conflicts rather than solutions, walk away and address it tomorrow.
Exercise: The Wood Element is responsible for the smooth flow of Qi throughout the body. If your Qi gets stuck, you’ll feel stuck, tense, frustrated, stressed, or angry. It will also affect the way you perceive (see) the world. Do a quick Wood Element Qi Gong exercise today. (This is also a great exercise to do throughout Spring - especially if it is windy or your energy is not flowing smoothly.) Here is Simon Blow’s Wood Element Qigong video (which takes just over 7 minutes).

Wednesday, March 15, 2023 is a day for reflection and assessment. Release what is no longer serving you. The energy supports rationality, practicality, and structure. You may find yourself leaning on your knowledge and intelligence rather than trusting your intuition.
Exercise: If you have access to sand, take a stick and write a list of everything you’re ready to let go of in the sand. Take in a deep breath, hold it for a moment, and as you release the breath slowly, wipe out each item on the list. Have the intention of releasing the item as you release your breath. (If you don’t have access to sand, write each item on paper and mark it out with a dark marker. Then throw it away.)

Thursday, March 16, 2023 is a day for accepting your accomplishments. You may feel a little empty. Allow yourself to look at what you’ve accomplished over the last few weeks (and, perhaps, to mourn what has gone). Surrender to what has been set in motion and use your resources wisely (which could mean taking a nap or doing the practical work). But be open to seeing, and accepting, the “good luck” that you’ve created.
Exercise: Look for blessings. A quote that is attributed to Albert Einstein is: “There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.” Keep your eyes, and heart, open for your miracles.

Friday, March 17, 2023 is a day for experiencing fulfillment. Surrender to what is. Let go of those things you can’t control, experience pleasure, and look for beauty. You may find that you are drawn to radical ideas and new ways of doing things as you go about your daily business so be ready to alter your structure to create more productivity! Give yourself a little Mandatory Rest Time from 7:13 - 7:25 AM (PDT).
Exercise: Create pleasure out of practicality. Focus on the beauty, sensuality, or love you’re showing another person by doing the things you have to do. Or just make them into a game. Do whatever you need to do to actually ENJOY those things you HAVE to do.

Saturday, March 18, 2023 is a time for renewal. You may need to spend a little time recuperating or you may feel a renewed sense of responsibility. Listen to what your system needs. You may feel a little empty, restricted, or inflexible but connect with your desire for progressive change to give you the courage and motivation to try something new.
Exercise: Massage your calf, ankle, shin, and achilles with the intention of creating flexibility in your body, mind, and spirit and releasing guilt.
Featured Product: If you’re feeling overwhelmed by responsibility, to the point you just end up zoning out or scrolling, try Reset.
Sunday, March 19, 2023 is a day for balance. Allow yourself to experience the emptiness of things that have gone while also allowing yourself to be filled by the warmth of the people you love. Rest, but also seek expansion and illumination through spiritual endeavors. The early morning’s energy is more focused on improvement through unusual means. Give yourself a Mandatory Rest Time from 3:32 AM - 8:12 AM (PDT). Then the energy shifts a bit so that boundaries are blurred (including the line between dream and reality).
Exercise: Spend some time daydreaming as you listen to, look at, or immerse your body in water. Along with being restful and relaxing, this could help you to connect with God and your deepest self.
