Energy of the Day
Wednesday, September 2, 2020 is about giving and thanksgiving. Not all giving is healthy, so make sure you’re giving out of your love, abundance, and gratitude rather than because you feel compelled by guilt, obsession, or the like. Look out for signs that your hard work in the last few weeks is bearing fruit. Barriers between people may come down while understanding and communication becomes easier. Forgiveness and love may come more readily, but so might sarcasm, criticism, and arguments. Be aware of how you’re speaking to others. Today is a good day to get that writing done.

Gratitude Journal
If you don’t have one already, consider starting a gratitude journal to write in once or twice per week. If you don’t want to make this a long-term project, just make a list of what you are thankful for today. Think of the people in your life and write about a few specific things that happened in the last week that made you feel grateful. While you’re writing, really try to visualize what happened and feel the gratitude. It is more important to feel the experience and write about it deeply than to write about many things superficially.
