Monday, April 3, 2023 is a day for change. Notice what’s not working so you can re-evaluate and adjust. The energy is practical and intuitive. Notice any health problems that come up but look at your emotions first before heading to the doctor.
Exercise: Have you ever heard of the idea that certain beliefs and emotions can lead to physical health concerns? Look at a list that shows why some physical symptoms manifest (like this one) and then work on addressing those “causes” today.

Tuesday, April 4, 2023 is a day to create harmony - especially through cooperation. The aggressive, forceful, ambitious energy is balanced by a more practical energy in the early morning and a more diplomatic energy in the afternoon. Give yourself a Mandatory Rest Time between 6:49 - 14:51 (PDT). Be open to change.
Exercise: You may be feeling a lot of energy in your body. If you’re sitting too much, this could actually feel like exhaustion or depression. Otherwise, it might feel like restlessness, anxiety, or a need to move. Even if you’re feeling tired, give your body a chance to move outdoors. Take yourself for a refreshing walk outside or give yourself that grueling workout your body is asking for. (Tell me what kind of movement you did today by clicking the “Leave A Comment” button!)

Wednesday, April 5, 2023 is a day to embrace knowledge. The energy supports learning and teaching. You may feel a little critical but you may also be more willing to be diplomatic. While you may feel more rational it may also be harder to make decisions. Look for the wins you created through the work you’ve done over last couple of weeks. Emotions may be heightened. You’ll need to find the balance in a world of duality. (What are your wins? Share by leaving a comment!)
Exercise: Reflect upon the goals that you set a few weeks ago. What percentage have you completed? Say a prayer, or do a meditation, in which you release the baggage within you that is holding you back and then invite in the energy of completion.

Thursday, April 6, 2023 is a day for mastery. This is about internal mastery as the majority of the day should be spent engaging in a Mandatory Rest Time. Remember, in this case, “rest” doesn’t mean sleeping (though it could). “Rest” is about giving the external striving a rest and focusing on the internal, quiet, invisible things that make your life work. Read more about that here. Gratitude, love, and enthusiasm are in abundance today.
Exercise: Hold off on communications. Instead, focus on doing the things your body and mind are asking you to do. Give yourself the time to exercise, rest, and/or meditate. Do those things that can get left undone but are giving you a low-level of stress because they are always on your mind - like wiping down your cupboards or deleting all the junk in your email box or freezing all those greens that are about rot in your fridge so that you can use them in a smoothie later. Friday, April 7, 2023 is a day for attainment. You may be feeling intense and passionate - especially regarding emotions, beauty, and affection. You may see through other peoples’ facades and you may also be able to look beyond your own (though you might not be willing to share what you see or feel).
Exercise: Do your best to express gratitude and love to those people and things that make up your world (and perhaps get rid of those things that no longer support you - doing so with gratitude).

Saturday, April 8, 2023 is a day for completion. The energy strongly supports responsibility, integrity, and inflexibility as you work to get things done. Rather than becoming cold and restrictive, choose to embrace gratitude and generosity as your primary responsibility. Emotions may be hidden and intense so give yourself, and others, some grace.
Exercise: Make it a mantra to say thank you as you begin each task that must be done today. When changing a diaper: “I am so thankful that my baby is healthy.”. When washing the dishes: “I am so thankful that my family was able to eat a beautiful meal.”. If you’re working on your taxes: “I am so thankful for the income that allows me to live the life I’ve chosen.”.

Sunday, April 9, 2023 is a day for balance. Rest and relax, prepare for the week to come, and be spontaneous. The energy is upbeat and supports being with people who enhance your well-being.
Exercise: Have you been thinking about starting a garden, cooking a new dish, or visiting with a special someone? Today might be the day! Engage with the spontaneous energy and let me know where it takes you by leaving a comment.
