Favorite Pet Picture: In honor of #HerbsAndSpicesDay allow me to introduce you to Lavender. She is a beautiful cat - her eyes are so blue they can appear lavender (which is how she got her name). She’s a bit of a couch potato and she’ll need to have specific meal times, but once she gets to know you, she’s full of love. Lavender is currently being cared for through C’s Felines. If you know her fur-ever family, pass this along and introduce them!
Favorite Book Quote: Anatomy of the Spirit by Caroline Myss
“Again, we all have negative feelings, but not all negativity produces disease. To create disease, negative emotions have to be dominant, and what accelerates the process is knowing the negative thought to be toxic but giving it permission to thrive in your consciousness anyway. For instance, you may know you need to forgive someone, yet you decide that remaining angry gives you more power. Remaining obsessively angry makes you more likely to develop a disease because the energy consequence of a negative obsession is powerlessness. Energy is power, and transmitting energy into the past by dwelling on painful events drains power from your present-day body and can lead to illness.”
Random Favorite: Food Saved Me by Danielle Walker
I’m in the middle of this book right now. Her story takes you on a journey from ignorance to the power of food “as God intended it” to the lifesaving wisdom of this power. I have to admit, I get a bit on edge when I speak about some of the same topics she covers. But she talks about certain industries with such curiosity that it doesn’t bring up judgement - it only sheds light on wisdom. I’m looking forward to checking out her cookbooks as well!

& a Q
Question: I know I pick up on other people’s “stuff”. You talk about sending it to the center of the earth. But shouldn’t I just give it back?
I have an example (which is not my own and I can’t remember where it came from) about how important it is to be conscious of what you do with others’ energy:
A woman had been feeling suicidal since childhood. As an adult, she went to a healer who helped her realize that it was not her own energy but her father’s. Together, the inexperienced healer and the woman sent the energy back to the father. The woman instantly felt better. The father acted on that energy the next day.
People who are sensitive to energy are often healers. If you’re carrying someone’s “stuff” for them, it could be because their burden was too heavy for them to carry alone. Perhaps your way of helping them heal was to lighten their load. You may even be doing this unconsciously.
It is true that sometimes people need to feel the heaviness of their situation before they choose to heal. Once example would be the addicts who decide to come clean when they hit “rock bottom”.
But, if you’ve already taken energy from them, giving it back could be too overwhelming. Life will give them other opportunities to learn their lessons and heal.
For now, rather than carry their load, release it. Allow it to be transformed into something beautiful (by releasing it to the center of Earth and asking that it be transmuted into Love and Light for the healing of all Creation). Or, you can give it to God, the angels, or their own Higher Self to hold for them until they are ready.

Am I Crazy? - Spiritual and Energetic Consulting Sessions
This is for the protectors of our country, our first responders, and those in science who have no one to talk to.
You can't talk to a shrink because...your people just don't do that sort of thing.
You can't talk to your people because they would give you so much $hit (or blacklist you).
This is for the person who heard a voice that said "Move!" and then the bomb exploded right where you were.
This is for the person who was “pulled” through the fire to the exact location the child was hiding.
This is for the person who has experienced something that science can't explain.
This is an opportunity to tell your story.
This is a spiritual and energetic consulting session NOT a medical or psychological appointment so, while I do have morals and integrity and your information will NOT be shared, I have no obligation to write anything down. Nothing goes into your personal medical record.
This spiritual and energetic consultation will consist of a 45-minute phone call where you can share your story and work through what happened without judgement and without being worried if it will come back to bite you in the @ss later.
Disclaimer: This is NOT medical, financial, or legal support. If that is what you require, please obtain the help of the appropriate professional. If you are in crisis right now, you can use this resource (phone number is at the top right of the page).
Does this sound right for someone you know? Share it with them?
