Monday, March 18, 2024 is a great day to find balance. Emotions are deep and you may instinctively need some peace and quiet. Connect to yourself through creativity and don’t lose sight of your goals for the coming weeks - especially if you’re running up against some challenges. Reevaluate, refine, and adjust course if necessary.
Exercise: Give yourself time to really feel your feelings today. Find a quiet space. Sit with yourself, alone, with no electronics. Let yourself feel any discomfort that may come up knowing that emotions last only about 90 seconds in the brain and body. Let the emotion flow through you without resisting or lingering on it. Allow it, observe it, and then let it go. Practice this as many times as you need to today.

NOTE: I created this reading for myself at the end of January this year. I’d love to say that the answers I got were fun to hear. I’ve got to admit that they weren’t. I have some changes that I need to make in the way that I look at my life. I can’t promise that the answers I give you will be comfortable. Experiencing serenity in today’s world is not an easy task. But it’s a necessary one if we want to have a powerful and lasting impact on the world around us. We can heal this world and we do so by healing ourselves.
Tuesday, March 19, 2024 is a day for groups and connection. In the morning, surround yourself with people that make you feel safe. By afternoon, you may be feeling more warm and have a desire to be seen. Everyone wants to be appreciated and you may notice some attention-seeking behavior from those around you. An honest compliment could go a long way today so be generous with your words. Give yourself a quick Mandatory Rest Time from 11:52 a.m. to 12:33 p.m. PT. Be ready to refine and edit if things aren’t working out the way you expected.
Exercise: Spend the afternoon appreciating yourself and others for those special qualities you each bring into the mix. Complement others in a genuine way as often as you can today.

Wednesday, March 20, 2024 is a day for manifestation. You may feel that you’re more easily able to connect with your intellect, your creativity, and your child-like side. You may even enjoy a bit of risk-taking and drama. So use all that energy to create something. You may need to sacrifice what you thought you wanted to get what you actually want so don’t be afraid to change course.
Exercise: Pay attention to what you say today. Like a child, pretend to be magic. Speak as if your words were a magic spell. Only speak words that align with your desires. If you’re not feeling totally positive about a situation, you have a choice: 1. You can make your words emotional and negative, 2. You can choose not to speak and do your best to accept the situation in your heart, OR 3. You can state the truth. For example: If it’s raining and you hate it, rather than say “The weather is horrible.” you can state the obvious: “It’s raining now and the rain will end.” Eventually you can practice speaking more about what you want rather than focusing on what you don’t want.

Thursday, March 21, 2024 is a time for change. You may be feeling warm, generous, and creative. Give yourself permission to reassess and alter your course, if needed. New experiences, risk-taking, and luxury may all be more attractive to you today.
Exercise: Play! Play with your kids or the kids in your life or do something you loved as a kid. Connect with that child-like joy that is within you.

Note: These are so much fun for me to write up! When we’re kids, we all want to be doctors, veterinarians, astronauts, teachers, or garbage collectors. Friday, March 22, 2024 is all about creating harmony between practicality and pleasure. Reorganize and rethink plans that aren’t working. But do so in a practical way. Don’t rely on self-discipline today. Create opportunities to experience ease, pleasure, and beauty. But make sure you’re not doing so at the expense of your work and routines.
Exercise: Create harmony between practically and pleasure by altering your schedule to inject more pleasure into your daily life. Rewrite your routine/schedule so that it becomes normal and easy to enjoy those aspects of your everyday life that you haven’t been enjoying.

Saturday, March 23, 2024 is about knowledge. If you’ve been having trouble doing your work, or you’ve been putting off learning something, today is the day to get on it. You may be more motivated to work on mental activities, it may be easier to solve problems, and you might just experience a little more diligence and responsibility. The energy also supports assessment, adjustment, and reorganization.
Exercise: Reflect on how things have been working the last couple of weeks. Write down what hasn’t been working and then make a practical list (by checking in with your intuition) of what needs to change to make everything work better next week.

Sunday, March 24, 2024 is about mastery of yourself. Determine what your body needs and then act upon it. Has your well-being been struggling - you may need rest, spend time with loved ones, take time to prepare for the next week, or take time away to connect with your spirituality. Is something not working? Spend the early morning reorganizing or creating changes. Is your environment not bringing you joy? Use the afternoon to create beauty. Is there something you need to say, but you need to do so in a diplomatic way? This afternoon could be a good time. Give yourself a Mandatory Rest Time from 8:49 a.m. to 1:37 p.m. PT.
Exercise: Go someplace quiet to close your eyes and breathe. Wait until you feel calm to ask yourself what you need. Something really practical might come to you. It doesn’t need to be life-changing. If it feels right, act on it. If nothing comes to you, the answer might make itself obvious later today. (For example, someone might say: “You look tired, you should take a nap.)
