Happy first day of Spring!
Monday, March 20, 2023 is a day for creativity. Boundaries are blurry - which can make you more compassionate or more controllable. You may feel sensitive, wistful, and intuitive. Honor your emotions, give yourself time to rest, and engage in what makes you feel most yourself.
Exercise: You may be feeling a lot of emotions today and they may not all be your own. Release what is not yours and then give yourself the opportunity to process your own emotions and intuitions through creativity.

Tuesday, March 21, 2023 is a day for stability. There is both the need to reboot and reset AND the urge to start fresh, be impulsive, and force things to happen. Before making any decisions, take some time out to unplug and consider what you need to let go of first. Move your physical body if you have excess energy (which could feel like anger, frustration, or anxiety).
Exercise: Turn off all screens and enjoy silence. You may need to have a heavy workout before you’re able to sit still today. Or you may need to wait until everyone else is asleep. When you can, turn off all the screens and sit in the silence. Mentally let go of any stress that comes up.

Wednesday, March 22, 2023 is a day of instability. The energy is impulsive and argumentative. But it is also rationally spontaneous and enthusiastic. Connect with your hopes and wishes for the coming weeks - you may be inspired to start something new - and lean your intellect to help you plan before jumping too quickly.
Exercise: Ground yourself through your senses. If you’re feeling too much energy (which could feel like overwhelm, defensiveness, tactlessness, or anxiety) take a deep breath and focus on the enjoyable senses around you in the moment. Touch something nice feeling, locate a pleasant sound, look at something beautiful, locate a scent that makes you smile, and imagine the taste of something delicious (a freshly picked strawberry, bread from the oven, or your favorite herbal tea).

Thursday, March 23, 2023 is a day for creating harmony. How do you wish to experience harmony in the coming weeks? Connect with those goals and desires as you also open your heart to the joy and blessings that are available in this moment. The spontaneity of the morning shifts to a desire for security (which may accompany some stubbornness) in the afternoon. Give yourself a Mandatory Rest Time from 10:12 AM - 11:42 AM (PDT).
Exercise: Write down how you want to feel in the coming weeks and what you need to do to make that happen.

Friday, March 24, 2023 is a day for reflection. Reflect upon your highest goals and dreams and prepare your heart to receive them. The energy inspires beauty, pleasure, and affection. You may feel stubborn and resistant to change. Don’t rely on your will-power to resist those things you “shouldn’t” have. If you don’t want to eat the cookies, don’t have them in the house. If you do eat the cookies - do it with mindfulness and gratitude rather than guilt.
Exercise: Be a good friend today. Spend some time showing love to those people you care most about.

Saturday, March 25, 2023 is a day for mastery. Keep your actions in alignment with your goals and dreams. The energy of the morning is more focused on creating solid results. Give yourself a Mandatory Rest Time from 9:18 AM - 5:42 PM (PDT). The evening is more about communication and learning. While you may feel responsibility strongly, you may also feel a bit fickle.
Exercise: Any time you start feeling indecisive, stubborn, or lost today, use breath to ground you. You can watch a few of the short videos from my YouTube channel @TakeAMoment2Breathe or you can do a 3 Breath Meditation.

Sunday, March 26, 2023 is a day of fulfillment. Fulfillment may come in the form of fulfilled curiosity or spiritual illumination. The energy is light-hearted and restless. Be with those who give you a sense of well-being. Connect with how you’d like to make your dreams become reality.
Exercise: Write down your dreams for your life. Pray or meditation on how to make those dreams a reality then write out your plan.
