Monday, March 25, 2024 is a day for fulfillment. You might find you’re reaping the benefits of the hard work you’ve been putting toward your goals for the last few weeks. Or you could notice new opportunities as a result of the work you’ve been doing. Be open to good coming to you. The energy is tense. You could be more strongly connected to your intuition and emotions but it may also be easier to set your emotions aside and be diplomatic.
Exercise: The pull between extremes is strong. Be in control and balance by practicing box breathing. Breathe in for 4, hold for 4, breathe out for 4, hold for 4. Do this a few times. Stop if you feel lightheaded or it doesn’t feel good. Focus on the extremes of being full of breath and being empty. They both serve a purpose so relax into them and then bring that wisdom into your everyday life.

Tuesday, March 26, 2024 is about completion. A cycle has ended, take time to renew yourself. Express gratitude and love. You can more easily see all sides of an issue so you may have a harder time making decisions. The energies of tension and anger are stronger today as well. So, while you may not desire confrontation, there could be a forcefulness and an aggressive energy that inspires either destruction or the ability to create reality from ideas. Also, give yourself a Mandatory Rest Time from 4:09 p.m. today to 2:03 a.m. PT tomorrow - remember to get all your important communications done before then.
Exercise: Do some Spring (Liver/Wood) Qi Gong. This is especially nice if you’re finding your temper to be a little more quick today or your frustration level is high. Want to practice with a video? Wednesday, March 27, 2024 is a time of duality. You can access the intense, emotional, intuitive side of yourself while you can also access the rational, intelligent, communicative side of yourself. It is a good time to learn and teach, to uncover your own power, and to read between the lines to see others more clearly. It’s also a great day for showing love and gratitude to those around you and for your own accomplishments.
Exercise: Contemplate the question: Is it more important to focus on spiritual growth or physical health? I answered this question a while back. Try some of the suggestions in that newsletter (scroll down to the &aQ section).

Thursday, March 28, 2024 is a great time to focus on growth. Let your intense feelings show you what you need to know about yourself and how to heal the parts of you that are asking for healing. Open yourself up to the good that is offered by the world around you. Express gratitude for the good you already have.
Exercise: Look for new opportunities around you and accept them as blessings - even if that new opportunity is just to smell a new blossom or to walk a different path than you usually take. Express gratitude in your heart for each blessing you find as a result of that new opportunity.

Friday, March 29, 2024 is about structure. You may feel a desire to seek a deeper truth upon which to structure your beliefs. You may also be feeling intense in the morning but you could feel more light-hearted and spontaneous later in the day. Give yourself a Mandatory Rest Time from 8:40 a.m. to 12:52 p.m. PT. Giving back to others may feel quite fulfilling.
Exercise: What successes have you experienced lately? Did anyone you know play a supporting roll in your success? Express your gratitude to them.

Saturday, March 30, 2024 is a day for change. Couple your work-ethic and self-control with optimism, enthusiasm, and gratitude. Details and plans might not be your focus today. Spontaneity could be easier - if you don’t get stuck in pessimism, inflexibility, and inhibition.
Exercise: Practice flexibility. You could do the Wood Qi Gong again or you could do some yoga for hip flexibility. Or you could practice being flexible in your responses when others ask you questions. Rather than responding immediately, take a breath and give a little extra thought to your answers. If you usually say no, perhaps you could ask for more time to fully consider the request.

Sunday, March 31, 2024 is a good day for communication. Connect with loved ones. Express gratitude. You may be feeling upbeat and optimistic today. Have important conversations before dinnertime and then give yourself a Mandatory Rest Time from 5:16 p.m. to 9:05 p.m. PT.
Exercise: Focus on how you communicate with yourself. The things you say in your mind are often programs that have been played over and over by the people in your life when you were young. Notice some of these and then decide if they are serving you or if you’d like to begin telling yourself something different. Create a mantra for yourself that you can play in your mind rather than running other people’s programs.
