Monday, March 6, 2023 is a day for assessment and reflection. Connect with your intuition and emotions as you reorganize, refine, and set things right.
Exercise: Any time you’re experiencing perfectionism today, write down “I am experiencing perfectionism regarding…” and detail what it is you’re feeling perfectionistic about. Take a deep breath and then let it go: throw the little paper in the trash while saying “I release this perfectionism.”.

Tuesday, March 7, 2023 is a day for mastery. You may experience ambition and a drive to accomplish those practical things that need to be done. Emotions may run high but striving for mastery (the ability to get better and better) rather than perfection, will allow you to turn your thoughts into reality.
Exercise: Is there something you’ve needed to finish but you’ve been putting it off? Take one step toward finishing that thing today but don’t be surprised if one step turns into more!

Wednesday, March 8, 2023 is a day for fulfillment. The energy is rational and relational. Communication is key. It may feel easier to see all sides of a problem but more difficult to make a decision. Diplomacy, people-pleasing, and intelligence show in communication today. Direct confrontation may be difficult so watch out for passive aggressiveness.
Exercise: Focus on showing love to the people around you. Even a smile can be a big deal for someone who is struggling - so show people you care! Your little issues with others can be addressed later.

Thursday, March 9, 2023 is a day for renewal. Experience the renewal that comes from expressing gratitude to your loved ones, creating peace within your relationships, and opening up to the blessings that are available to you.
Exercise: Turn off the podcast, radio, and social media for a bit today and use your quiet time to breathe. As you breathe in, think “thank you” and let gratitude fill your whole body. As you breathe out, think “thank you” and send gratitude where it is due.

Friday, March 10, 2023 is a day for balance. In the first part of the day balance is found through creating peace. Give yourself a Mandatory Rest Time from 15:36 - 16:06 (PST). After that, balance is found through navigating intensity. Ground your experiences in gratitude and beauty. Don’t rely on will-power today. If you don’t want to eat the cookies - don’t have the cookies in the house.
Exercise: Practice noticing beauty today. Does it feel beautiful? Does it look beautiful? Does it create beauty? Anytime you experience beauty, breathe deeply for a moment and give thanks in your heart before you move on.

Saturday, March 11, 2023 is a day for growth. The energy is intense, though emotions may be kept inside. You may feel a pull of responsibility. Determination may be perceived as stubbornness. Look to your loved ones for support and share their burdens as well.
Exercise: It is OK to ask for help. In fact, people may be honored that you would be willing to ask them for support. So, if you’re needing something, use today to practice asking. If you can’t ask your physical support system then ask your spiritual support system.

Sunday, March 12, 2023 is a day for stability. Even though the highs and lows of life may be felt intensely today, create stability for yourself by spending time with people who create a sense of wellbeing. Relax, have fun, and lean into the illumination that spiritual study can bring.
Exercise: Look for the silver linings. You may have a tendency to feel a bit morose today so actively look for the blessings, and your power, within the difficulty.
