Monday, April 10, 2023 is a day for creativity. Connecting with your inner creativity can help you reflect your deepest self. The energy is intuitive, spontaneous, and adventurous. Show gratitude and love to those you care about (including recognizing yourself for all you’ve accomplished in the past few weeks).
Exercise: Sometimes it’s hard to see how much we’ve accomplished especially if our work is cyclical. (E.g.: Dishes get washed, dishes get used, dishes are dirty again…) Take a few moments today to acknowledge to yourself how much you’ve accomplished over the past few weeks (even if it looks like you’ve gotten nothing done or you feel like you’ve been moving backwards). Give yourself gratitude for the effort you’ve put in, even if (and especially if) others don’t.

Tuesday, April 11, 2023 is a day for structure. Give yourself a Mandatory Rest Time until 10:33 AM (PDT). The energy is aggressive, ambitious, and productive. You may have the desire and courage to work toward something you’ve been avoiding but others may seem more forceful - which could cause conflict. Rather than blindly pushing ahead, move forward with gratitude for your past accomplishments and love for those around you.
Exercise: On an energetic level, a small bit of love, gratitude, and peace counteract a whole lot of negativity and destructive energy. Use your power to bring balance to any instability that you’re experiencing today. You might want to use one of these exercises:

Wednesday, April 12, 2023 could be a day of conflict or it could just feel a little unstable. The energy could tend toward critical and argumentative but it could also be practical and rational. To be productive: embrace gratitude, enthusiasm, and curious communication.
Exercise: Choose curiosity. Does something irritate you, make you mad, or just upset you? When you experience those feelings today, honor them by acknowledging them. Then, get curious. Say: “I wonder...I wonder why that is happening!”; “I wonder...I wonder why that upsets me so much!”. Then let it go knowing that an answer will come to you. This shift from negativity to curiosity opens your mind and your heart to see things in a different light which can then open you up to compassion.

Thursday, April 13, 2023 is a day for creating harmony. Give yourself a Mandatory Rest Time from 7:13 AM until 1:42 PM (PDT). When you’re not living your purpose, it creates dissonance in your world. Create harmony by living in alignment with your true nature. Embrace optimism, blessings, and joy. Talk with others about the progressive and radical ways to make the world a better place. Release those things that you no longer need in your life.
Exercise: What have you been holding on to because you needed it in the past but you no longer need it now? How can you move forward without it? Sit quietly and ask yourself these questions then clear your mind and allow the answers to come to you. Coming up blank? That’s fine - the answers will find you when you’re ready. Answer or no answer, say thank you before going back to your day.

Friday, April 14, 2023 is a day for reflection. The energy encourages an emphasis on personal freedom, beauty, and pleasure. You may find your will-power is taking the day off. You may also find yourself thinking about the future and brainstorming new ideas. Allow yourself to rest and recover as needed. Look to the past to inform you about the future.
Exercise: Do you find yourself getting caught up in the struggles of the world? Rather than become overwhelmed and depressed by the state of things, do a little research and look to the past for answers. Then focus on the beauty that you can create in the world at this moment.

Saturday, April 15, 2023 is a day for action. That action might be taking a nap. The energy is responsible, intuitive, and compassionate. Boundaries may be more difficult to keep up. The early morning is the best time to collaborate. Give yourself a Mandatory Rest Time from 8:15 - 15:57 PDT. Allow yourself to do your most creative work later in the day.
Exercise: Focus on boundaries. Because boundaries may not be that strong today, you might need to do a little extra work to protect your own energy to keep from being affected by others’ energy. You can try some of the exercises I suggested when I answered the question: How do I protect myself when I’m in a space that has a lot of lower-vibrational energy?

Sunday, April 16, 2023 is a day for embracing fulfillment. The energy is relaxed, compassionate, and emphasizes well-being and spiritual growth.
Exercise: Use your imagination in a way that is especially fulfilling. If you don’t remember how, think back to your favorite games as a child and see what you come up with.
