Tuesday - I had to really be mindful of boundaries today. I had an important and difficult conversation at work today and to best support the growth of the other individual, I had to be firm about expectations and keep my boundaries from wavering. I also had to make sure not to take on too much of their energy as they expressed their disappointment in a personal manner once they realized I would be implementing the associated consequences. While I understand it can be uncomfortable to be held accountable, and similarly uncomfortable to hold someone accountable, I know this can contribute to personal growth (for both parties) in the long run.
Thursday: The moments when I was in gratitude were the best parts of my day (even though the gratitude was often triggered by challenges). I probably could have gotten a little more exercise...
It's Monday and I'm feeling the sensitivity mentioned in today's update. I'm going to do a little self-Reiki to help ground and sooth the emotions so I can be ready to utilize the "radical change" aspect of today's energy. And I'll check in with my mantras!
Wednesday was a perfect match for the day, as I was doing my capstone defense requiring me to be creative and share with others!
