Monday, March 4, 2024 starts a week that is intended to inspire relaxation and release. Give yourself the opportunity to go a little more slowly, release control, and surrender to the processes that have been set in motion. Monday, especially, is a time to connect with your intuition and you may feel a little more sensitive than usual. The early morning may feel more upbeat but give yourself a Mandatory Rest Time from 7:40 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. PT. The afternoon will bring more focus and structure but you may also feel more limitation. Allow that feeling of scarcity to inspire resourcefulness.
Exercise: Give yourself a Mandatory Rest Time. This is not necessarily a nap time - though it could be! Allow yourself to go more slowly and have a more internal focus.
There is an energetic pause that occurs every couple of days. This pause can last for minutes or for hours. It’s almost like the mandatory rest time you had in nursery school. (If you tried to play - you got in trouble.) This is a time to go inward. Outward activities such as applications, agreements, and taking action on new ideas may feel exceptionally hard and may not come to fruition.
This energy makes up a good portion of the day. If you try to get things done, you may feel like you are in quicksand. So, choose to go slow today. Take care of your body and get some extra rest. If you must run errands, allow yourself to do so slowly and peacefully. If you must work, clear out your files rather than send emails. If you want the information to stick, put off any important conversations or emails until later in the afternoon.

Tuesday, March 5, 2024 is a time for assessment and reflection. Recuperate from the last several weeks while also taking the time to do some planning. Address practical matters. Use anger and aggressive energy to enhance your own motivation and productivity rather than trying to control others.
Exercise: Do a progressive relaxation exercise. As you finish the exercise, notice how relaxed your body is. Picture the relaxation as light or color. Then see that relaxation, as light or color, spread from you through the room you're in, the building you’re in, the city you're in, and increase its distance until it covers Earth - sharing with her the energy of your relaxation. Earth (and her weather) is affected by our thoughts and energy so give her something good to work with!

Wednesday, March 6, 2024 is a time for mastery - especially mastery of communication. You’re being invited to explore communication in many ways. Release control. The morning is a good time to engage in practical communications - emails and the like. Take a Mandatory Rest Time from 11:35 a.m. to 4:38 p.m. PT during which communications should be more internal. After that, communications become more group focused, more progressive, and less emotional - which could be a great time to have a team meeting on that topic everyone typically has an intense opinion on.
Exercise: Watch the voice in your head today. If it becomes critical or sarcastic, practice speaking the truth out loud to yourself in a rational way.

These mantras will give you words to thoughts about yourself that you already know (even if you tend to forget) but you’ll also receive some that you may not have realized yet. Thursday, March 7, 2024 is a day for fulfillment. You may have been feeling a bit empty lately. Connect fulfillment with generosity. The energy is full of joy, optimism, and abundance so partake in life today and try something new.
Exercise: I heard a clip of a podcast in which Andrew Huberman said that the best gratitude practice was to experience gratitude from others. I love it! So be generous today - with your love, your smile, and your attention. Give to others and bask in the gratitude that will fill you up. Be generous with your gratitude as well!

Friday, March 8, 2024 is a day for partnership. Enjoy the beauty and affection that comes with friendship and love. Use the morning to work within groups to create change. Give yourself a Mandatory Rest Time from 10:55 a.m. to 5:03 p.m. PT and try partnering with God during this time rather than trying to control all things on your own. Then partner with your imagination, creativity, and dreams for the rest of the evening.
Exercise: Do you have faith that you will be led in the right direction if you pray for guidance? Practice telling yourself that you are in the right place and you’re right on time. Your life is going exactly as it’s meant to. Then decide that you’re going to live in the direction that God has put in your heart and begin taking steps in that direction.

Saturday, March 10, 2024 is a day for creativity. You may be feeling responsible and diligent today while also feeling a bit wistful and sensitive. Allow your intuition and creativity to support you in your work today. Be compassionate with yourself and others. Give yourself a Mandatory Rest Time from 12:45 p.m. to 5:19 p.m. PT. If you get anxious in the evening, work off that excess energy with some exercise.
Exercise: Your boundaries may not be as strong today and you may find that you’re affected by other people’s emotions. Practice protecting yourself from other peoples’ energy with some of the exercises listed HERE.

Sunday, March 11, 2024 is a day for structure. Focus on your well-being, connect with those you love, and get yourself ready for the next week. You may feel ready to start something brand new. Before you follow that impulse, take some time away and review how the last few weeks have been and release what you no longer need. If you’re feeling introverted and antsy, move your body.
Exercise: Take some time away from everyone. Get quiet and turn all screens off. Connect (or reconnect) with your passions. What lights you up? If you know - then spend some time doing that. If you have forgotten what fills you up, take some time to meditate on that. See yourself doing the things you were drawn to as a kid and see if any of them fill you with joy. Think about what you see on social media that might make you feel a little jealous - jealousy is an indicator of what we want that we’re not actively pursuing - and then figure out how to get more of that in your life. Or just make a list of a bunch of things and see if any of them stand out. Then decide what you need to release to have more passion in your life in the coming weeks.
