Favorite Pet Picture: In honor of November being #AdoptASeniorPetMonth, meet Jave. He was surrendered to the Colbert Veterinary Rescue because his previous owners couldn’t keep up with his medication. He has diabetes and requires shots every 12 hours - which he doesn’t mind at all. He’s become the clinic cat at Colbert Animal Hospital because he’s been there so long. His M.O. is to stare longingly at people until they come over and cuddle him. He also enjoys being outside. If you know Jave’s fur-ever family, pass this along and introduce them!
Favorite Book Quote: Trust Your Vibes by Sonia Choquette
“Synchronicities are not flukes or random events—they’re intentional reflections of our intuition working with the perfect order of all things in the unseen world. It’s why fish swim upstream, birds fly south, and bears hibernate. Everything in nature intuitively gravitates toward what best serves it’s growth, and that includes the human race. The only difference is that we have the choice to follow our intuition or not. So if you want your sixth sense to work, stop resisting your vibes, and change the rules you live by instead.”
Random Favorite: Watching the trees
Watching the trees as they blow in the wind is such a beautiful reminder to stop and breathe. I posted a video of the trees I can see from my backyard on Instagram. Apparently, other people love watching the trees too because I put it to some meditation music and encouraged people to breathe and they loved it! Check out my Instagram page to see my beautiful trees!
What were some of your favorite things this week?
& a Q
Question: Last week you talked about how to manifest in general by using gratitude, but how do I manifest specific stuff?
I’ve got to tell you that I am no expert on manifestation. I tend to “try” really hard and then get in my head. BUT, I have been getting better at manifestation for a few really specific and practical things! The magic happens when I let go of control and get playful. The best way to do that is to ask for spiritual help or, just like when I want to gently convince a child to do something, I sing! Gratitude, trust, and celebration are also important components.
Finding Lost Items
Sonia Choquette talks about all the spiritual help that we have and how there are different spirits who help with different functions. I can’t keep track of them all, but one group of helpers is called the “tracker guides”. So, when I can’t find something and I’d like to manifest the item back to me as quickly as possible, I ask the tracker guides, aloud, to help me find the item and I thank them for it. Then I look around and usually find it really easily. If I can’t find it right away, I’ll let it go and then it will usually just show up.
Getting Places on Time
When I find myself leaving late, I’ll say a prayer asking my Helpers (like those mentioned above) to get me there quickly, easily, and on time. Then I thank them, trusting that they will get me there on time. Even if I am stuck at lights, or having trouble making a busy left, I’ve made it on time, with less stress, every single time I’ve asked for help (even when it doesn’t seem physically possible).
Finding Parking Spots
Parking spots are one of those elementary-level manifestations. All the “big manifest-ers” say to “start with manifesting the best parking spot”. “See it and then it will be yours.” Right? Wrong. Like I said before, when I’ve tried to manifest (parking spots included), I’d get in my head then I’d get all stressed out and wouldn’t be able to find anything. Often, it was easier to park in the farthest spot possible than to try to manifest a good one. However, this last week, I started singing to parking spots. In the song, I invite a parking spot to be mine. Guess what! It’s worked every single time since I started! Then, of course, everyone in the car celebrates!
Also…
Right after I wrote this, a clip came up on my youtube feed twice, in two different formats, so I figured I’d better share it. It was a conversation between Mel Robbins and Lewis Howes talking about how most people attempt to manifest by focusing on their end-goal which puts them in a vibration that is counter-productive for manifesting their desires. She says that rather than focusing on the vision board outcome (which we can feel very detached from), we would do better to focus on visualizing the hard stuff and how we’re going to get through that. Here’s the clip and here’s the whole interview.

This is a new section in the newsletter. I’ve finally got my website up! Each week, I’ll feature a product or service. OK…this one was from last week, but I wanted to leave it up in case someone else would like to volunteer to try it out for FREE!
This is a 6-week program in which you’ll look at your lifestyle. We’ll discuss how you’re feeling out of alignment with yourself/the world, how you’re feeling in alignment with yourself/the world, and your lifestyle goals. (If you could make any changes in your life and the outcome would be good, what changes would you make?)
We’ll go over many aspects of your lifestyle including:
Schedule/Routine
Work/Purpose
Emotions
Sleep
Exercise
Relationships
Health
Fun
During a weekly call, we’ll discuss your goals and determine the next steps to take so that you can life the life your body and spirit were made to live.
Would you like to help me out?!
I need a few volunteers who would be willing to go through the program for free and give me feedback at the end. The time commitment is a 45 minute phone call during week 1 and a 30 minute phone call during the next 5 weeks (plus any time you spend working on your realignment). If you’d like to be involved, click the button below and fill out the form. I’ll contact you to schedule your sessions.
Be a part of it all!
