Favorite Pet Picture: Today is International Holocaust Remembrance Day or #HolocaustMemorialDay which is often accompanied by the tag #LightTheDarkness on Twitter. Look them up and consider participating in the memorial. The “us” vs. “them” mentality happened then. It allowed people to be dehumanized. When a person is dehumanized, others feel justified in treating them in ways they would otherwise never be ok with. But, the way to cure this “us” vs. “them” mentality is through love. Let us all be more like Love - who sweet, smart, affectionate, and gentle. This sweet pup loves everyone she comes into contact with. She is gentle enough to roam freely with small animals and she is great with babies. She could teach us all of us a few lessons about living with love - and our world would be a better place if we learned them. Love is currently being cared for through Mutty Paws Rescue. If you know a family that has room for a little more Love, pass this along and introduce them!
Favorite Book Quote: Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor E. Frankl
“Love goes very far beyond the physical person of the beloved. It finds its deepest meaning in his spiritual being, his inner self. Whether or not he is actually present, whether or not he is still alive at all, ceases somehow to be of importance.”
Random Favorite: Earthing
I have realized that touching the ground is one of the MOST powerful healing modalities - even for acute conditions. Honor Mother Earth - take care of her - and she will take care of you.
What were some of your favorite things this week?
& a Q
Question: How do I “honor Mother Earth”?
Just as a young child brings his mother joy by giving her small gifts - a rock, a wilted flower, a little stick - we can honor Mother Earth by giving her gifts. We can thank her for her gifts. We can send love and light (as I often encourage in my meditations). We can take care of a yard or garden. We can walk with bare feet and with a spirit of gratitude. We might even want to “adopt” a section of land at a beach or a roadside and keep that area free of trash.

I’ve finally got my website up! Each week, I’ll feature a product or service. This week, I’m featuring Stone Sessions!
Do you have problems with:
excessive scrolling on social media?
mindless eating?
always needing to be perfect - do more - accumulate degrees or other “success”?
being uncomfortable being alone?
needing to always be on the move?
having too much stuff?
having poor boundaries?
Stones, like plants (like the ones used in herbal formulas), have an amazing ability to support the body, mind, and spirit. Stones and plants just work on a different level. Herbs are great for healing physical issues. For example, mint tea can make a sore throat feel so much better! Stones work on the energetic level, so they’re great for the issues listed above, and so much more!
A stone session will allow you to talk through the issue you’d like to address and then you’ll get personalized gemstone recommendations, descriptions of how to use the stones, and meditations to go along with the stones.
Be a part of it all!
