Favorite Pet Picture: In honor of #OperationSantaPaws, meet Nicholas! He has been gifted wheelchairs for life, due to paralysis, and he is as playful and sweet as any other pup. He loves playing with his foster fur-siblings, he enjoys people watching, and he even gets along with cats. Currently Nicholas is being cared for through Big Love Rescue. Be sure to check out his superhero photo shoot. If you know his fur-ever family, pass this along and introduce them!
Favorite Book Quote: The Book of Ceremony by Sandra Ingerman
“I sometimes use bubbles that I buy at a toy store for a group to send a loved one on journey home in a ceremony filled with grace, love, and light. There is great healing that comes from bringing an element of joy into a ceremony where people are grieving a loss.”
Random Favorite: Playfulness
Bringing joy isn’t just good for ceremonies during which people are grieving. It can be great for those time when you’ve had to repeat yourself over and over and you might as well have just saved your breath. Honestly, it takes all my willpower to shift from mounting irritation into playfulness in moments like that (and there are times when I just don’t have it in me), but when I do, the result is magic! All it takes is a change in my heart and the whole world around me mirrors that joy back to me.

& a Q
Question: Do I prepare for the future I fear is coming or do I focus on creating the future I desire?
There are no easy answers to this question. In a time when countries like Australia and Canada are setting up government run “voluntary isolation options” that appear to be less than voluntary, and states are requiring medical procedures to be performed in order to participate in society, one might begin to fear that we’re headed down a dangerous road and one might want to begin preparing for…I don’t even know what.
But, in the manifesting world, you create your environment by seeing the world as you want it to be and living into that world through your thoughts and actions. While planting some medicinal herbs or an organic vegetable garden may bring you into alignment with the world you want to create, storing up food and ammunition or preparing to hide doesn’t seem congruent with a world one would want to manifest.
Then there is the whole idea of collective energy. If the collective is fear-based, then unless you’re able to skip dimensions, you’re probably going to end up on the same road as the rest of society.
So where do we put our focus?
As intriguing as shifting dimensions might be, the only answer I can come up with for myself is to live in the moment and listen to my internal guidance. I connect with Earth and Heaven to calm and center myself. I act on my intuition. I allow myself to be in fear for a few moments if something comes up and I know that my fear informs me of where I require healing. Then I take my opportunity to do the work.
If I’m led to take an action that will keep me and my family safe, then I will. In the meantime, I will do my very best to keep my vibration high, stay in the states of love, peace, and joy, and know that those vibrations are amplified out into the world by my spiritual helpers to heal and open the hearts of others who desire to be free.
Freedom can only be found from within so, if I sit here and I’m worried about what might happen, then I am already imprisoned. But if I am imprisoned and I am connected to Light, then I am free. I choose freedom now. Then, hopefully, I won’t have to choose freedom in an environment that looks anything but free.
Have I mastered this? No. I can only do the best I can in each moment. I invite you to do the best you can in each moment. Maybe together we’ll create a world in which people choose love over fear.

I’ve finally got my website up! Each week, I’ll feature a product or service. This week, I’m featuring a particular Pandora’s Potion!
I wrote about Pandora’s Potions a bit ago. Here is the back story on one of the potions: CHANGE OF HEART.
I have a person in my life who is here to teach me about love, patience, and creativity. To do so, this person challenges me and pushes all my buttons. There was one moment in time (that actually had nothing to do with this particular person) that seemed to break my ability to be creative in my relationships and communication. This led to a lack of patience which led to anger and frustration on both of our parts.
I want to show this person as much love as I can but, when I speak out of irritation or anger, I am not my most loving self. I was sick of it so I turned to my stones and created CHANGE OF HEART.
You know how the stone essences are made so I’ll just tell you about my chosen stones:
Lepidolite: for deep emotional healing and releasing bad habits and toxic patterns
Rhodonite: to release fear, express compassion and forgiveness, and to send love out into the world
Amethyst: for peace
Rose Quartz: for love
The results were incredible, effortless, and instantaneous. All the sudden the things that triggered me no longer made me angry. We were out of the pattern that was making me miserable. I was immediately feeling the sweetness of love and caring that we had before. And I find myself being more capable of creativity in our relationship because I’m feeling more peaceful.
I’m excited to share this with others who might also need a little CHANGE OF HEART toward someone they love!
Be a part of it all!
