The coltsfoot in the above picture blooms in March in the UK. It can also be found the in North Eastern US states. Coltsfoot is typically used to support the lungs, as an expectorant, and can be used topically for wounds. It can even be eaten in salads! Monday, March 11, 2024 is about setting the structure for things you’d like to manifest in the coming weeks. Connect with your intuition and identify the wishes and hopes that you plan to bring into your reality. You may feel like starting something completely new and you may feel a bit impulsive. Exercise to channel that excess energy and then sit down to do a bit of planning.
Exercise: Meditate to determine what you want. Sit down, close your eyes, and think of yourself as a small child. What are all the things you thought, as a small child, that you would have and be by now? Write them down. Then close your eyes and see yourself in your 20s. What are all the things you thought you would have and be by now? Write them down. Now close your eyes and see yourself as you are now. Write all the things you’d like to invite into your life now. Then circle the one thing, from all the lists, that feels that it most clearly reflects your deepest, truest self. Then take one small action in that direction.

Tuesday, March 12, 2024 could feel unstable. This could be due to change or conflict. The energy is bold and forceful which could make you feel either courageous or depleted depending on if you internalize the energy or if the energy is coming at you. Remember that Earth is also affected by these energies as well as by our thoughts and emotions. Do your best to bring peace to instability. Connect with your dreams and wishes and use this motivating energy to turn your ideas into action. Give your communications a rest from 4:08 a.m. to 5:28 p.m. PT (see: What is a Mandatory Rest Time). You may feel a bit stubborn and resistant to change come evening and it may benefit you to spend your time with people that provide you comfort and security - and to be that for others.
Exercise: Choose to be a source of calm and healing today. Do this with your energy and your actions. It may help to revisit some of our previous exercises:

Wednesday, March 13, 2024 is a time to communicate and focus on cooperation. You may feel stubborn and resistant to change. You may feel like staying safe and cozy. Connect with your rational mind, connect with your intentions, and do your best to communicate respectfully and with love. Give others grace for their sarcasm and criticism today.
Exercise: Give your hands a sensual experience. Get some lovely smelling lotion or some herbal oil and massage your hands and arms. As you do so, breathe in and feel your feet on the floor then breath out while releasing tension. Hands are vital to most people’s virtual and written interactions. Do your massage with the intention that the peace that comes when massaging your hands will flow through your fingers and into any written or typed communications for the rest of the day.

Thursday, March 14, 2024 is a time for assessment. You may be tempted to take it easy and relax (and you will want to take a Mandatory Rest Time from 3:39 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. PT so get all your important communications done earlier in the day) but the energy is optimistic, generous, and expansive. You may want to put your energy into things you feel most successful at and feel most joyful about. Stay in alignment with your goals for the coming weeks. Connect with your curiosity in the late evening.
Exercise: I don’t really believe in “luck”. I believe in being prepared for opportunities and in divine blessings. But, just for fun, look for all the little “lucky coincidences” that happen today. Then give thanks for each bit of “luck” as you find it.

Friday, March 15, 2024 is a day for action and accomplishment. Connect with the goals you’ve set for the coming months and align your actions and decisions there. You may feel restless or fickle. You may find yourself obsessing about communications or desiring attention from loved ones. Pleasure and affection could be top of mind while self-discipline may not be the strongest today. Plan ahead to keep yourself safe and happy. Dive into a good book rather than scrolling through social media. Connect with a good friend rather than depend on your own will-power. Enjoy beauty and the little pleasures that make life amazing.
Exercise: Indulge in your little pleasures! What is most pleasurable to you that you don’t feel guilty about? For me, some of the pleasures that I can most easily include in my day are: giving kisses to my family members, slowly drinking a glass or two of water first thing in the morning, drinking my Magic Morning Joy Potion, noticing how the sunlight sparkles off the water, watching the trees blow in the wind, noticing moments of quiet, smelling roses as I walk past, intentionally blowing the old air from my lungs and filling them with fresh air, stretching my body, and enjoying the feel of warm water as I wash my hands. Actively engage in the indulgence of your non-guilty pleasures today. Consciously experience gratitude as you do so - all you have to do is smile to yourself and say thank you in your heart.

Exercise: Think, write, or tell someone about a time when you were strengthened through hardship. Reconnect with that part of who you are and remember that strength is in you always.

Sunday, March 17, 2024 is about renewal. Renew your commitment to your goals and dreams for the coming weeks by writing out a to-do list and marking something off. Renew your connection with your loved ones by getting together and having fun. Renew your connection with your spirituality by remembering the light within you and giving thanks for it. You may crave time with those who make you feel a sense of belonging while also craving the peace and quiet of the place that makes you feel most safe. Keep that in mind when planning your St. Patrick’s Day activities. Pay attention to your personal needs and well-being.
Exercise: What intention did you set last Sunday when you took time away to rediscover those things that light you up and fill you with energy and joy? Grab a journal, write down your intention, and make yourself a to-do list. Take some action on your list (however small that action might feel) and then mark it off that list!
